Please help me with loosing thigh fat!!!!!10 easy points!?

If i want to loose fat around my thighs by november is is better to:

a) walk for 30 min each day

b) run for 30 min every other day

c)run for 10 min ever day.

oh and i DONT WANT TO GAIN MUSLES!!!!

  1. eat a healthy diet  and exercise everyday at least 60 minutes a day minimum


  2. Just do 30 minutes of running everyday and eat healthy.

  3. I believe B will work the fastest. Don't even bother with C. When I run for 10 minutes it only burns 50 calories, maybe a little more. But that isn't enough to really slim your thighs in 3 months.
