  1. I'm going to give you some pointers on how to use this site

First, posting these links is NOT the way to begin. If you have a specific question, ask the specific question, show us you've tried and where you are having difficulties.

Second, bear in mind that that most of us believe you are trying to cheat. Look around up here for a bit and you'll see what we mean. Therefore, if you give us no indication you are just looking for direction in your question, you need to be prepared to be told off. This site is HORRIBLY abused and those of us who wish to HELP get really ticked off about it.

Third, this being "summer" homework implies you've had the whole summer to work on it. Leaving it to the last minute does not help your cause.

Now, I'll address some of the issues. I do agree with the people who discussed your ability to handle this work. These questions are not that difficult and the material is given to you. If you cannot understand them, my advice is to transfer out of this class.

    These questions are straightforward.

"What was the popular appeal of Buddhism? How does it compare and contrast to Hinduism?"

All this wants to know is why did people like Buddhism and convert to it? Next, how is it the same and different from Hinduism?

So .. to sum up the advice -- one question at a time, make it clear you want HELP and not the work done, do your work in a timely fashion and seriously consider dropping AP if you cannot understand these questions.

  2. I'll try to help you with it.  Give me a couple minutes and I'll add details to this.

Here's some help for you.  I'm referring to sections of the outline.

Question 1:  I'm thinking you can take everything before section I. A. 3. into consideration to answer this.  So maybe the fact that Alexander wasn't in power anymore, etc.

    Q3: Look at I. B. 3. a.

Q5:  Look at everything under II. B. 2.  The trade is what made the separation of society so easy because it allowed people to have so many different jobs

Q7:  Just look at III. B. 3.   It's written right there!

Q9:  Just look at everything under III. D.  and answer with those facts.

  3. so what your pretty much wanting here is some nice person who gives you all they answers and then you log back on facebook.

    DO IT YOURSELF.

  4. you really shouldn't have waited 'til the end of the summer to do this homework. AP history is not all that hard, I took AP Government, AP U.S. History, and AP World History. I survived all three of them. I don't understand how people can find history so difficult, it never changes!

Good luck on you homework- but your teacher is probably aware of sites like Y!A and probably check up on it everynow and then, so be careful.

Okay, so I just clicked the link to the study guide and the questions- they are not bad at all. If you cannot complete this assignment on your own you should probably drop out of the class. Really, all you need to do is read the outline.

  5. Do your own work.

If you can't do it by yourself then maybe you shouldn't take this AP class.

  6. I am your history teacher, here is your F for cheating.

  7. Let me get this straight, you're asking us to do your homework for you, there's a link on the outline page that says see related text, you should use it to read the material then use the outline as reference points to help you answer questions.

  8. you are cheating
