Please help me with my nokia n95 does it need updating?

N95 update ??

I have a Nokia N95 it's only a few month old but last night it started going crazy and crashing and buttons take ages to do what I have pressed, is this because it needs updating ? if so how do I do that ?? thanks

It is most likely due to some crappy software you have installed. You should uninstall the latest installed software and see if phone's behaviour improves.

As for upgrading the firmware check the Nokia Software Update pages and verify if new firmware is available. If so, follow the guidance there and get your phone updated.
