I am trying to do lots of push ups in order to get stronger in boxing and I find that I cannot continue after doing a maximum of about 1 set of twenty five . I was wondering if it would be wiser to do a lot less reps (lets say like 10) and do a lot more sets (lets say like 10) with some rest in between. Would it also be wise to lets say do sit ups as I rest between a set of push ups?
