Please help me with my push up routine?

I am trying to do lots of push ups in order to get stronger in boxing and I find that I cannot continue after doing a maximum of about 1 set of twenty five .

I was wondering if it would be wiser to do a lot less reps (lets say like 10) and do a lot more sets (lets say like 10) with some rest in between.

Would it also be wise to lets say do sit ups as I rest between a set of push ups?

  1. try to do 25 at about 11am, then try to do 25 at like 8pm.


  2. keep doing 25 for like two weeks or one week then add 5 then every week or two add 5 eventually increasing total amount

  3. If u do less push ups per set it is better for endurance. Doing sit ups inbetween will fatigue you inbetween push ups, you can give that a go tho
