Cake walks are always popular, ask parents to donate or hit up the local grocery store for bakery donations.

A dunking booth (were some one sits on the bench while people throw softballs at the bullseye and a hit dunks the person on the bench) is always a kid favorite especially if the principal agrees to some time.

Hoola hoop contest, face painting, a mini tractor/hay ride, balloon dart throw-all the old fashion things are still so cool.
