  1. The knots of the ego have been binding us for millenia if not longer.

We are given the best possible parents and life situations to learn to loose ourselves from the ego. To see our weaknesses we must experience the weaknesses of others. As you sow, so shall you reap brings this home. Because we think we are our ego, our salvation takes clarity and surrender to that which we really are. That true Self is powerful, loving and free beyond measure.

  2. We come into this life with no expectations, no commitments and no responsibilities.

As soon as we are old enough to experience expectations we begin to establish commitments and responsibilities that develop during the course of our lives.

The more expectations we have the more we bind ourselves with commitments and responsibilities.

It's an avenue worth exploring - why do some of us end up tying ourselves in knots chasing after the next best car, a bigger house, a more expensive holiday?

Once we start giving ourselves permission to accept what we have is ENOUGH maybe then we begin to release some of the ties that bind and enjoy more freedom.
