the minimum and maximum resultants of two forces are in the ratio of 3:4,then the forces magnitude are in the ratio of

A) 1:6 B) 7:1 C)4:1 D) 3:7

the answer is B)7:1..but i dont know how it is solved.

please help me to solve this problem with correct method..
