  1. misunderstanding : i understand that you didnt do this but why not.

    sterotypes, emos cut themselves. prejudice is just an other word for racist  


  2. an example of a misunderstanding: you teacher says homework is due next friday; she means the next upcoming friday (3 days from now), you think she means 10 days from now

    Stereotyping is overgeneralizing statements with people with similar characteristics. IE...saying all hispanic women have many children.

    Prejudice would be having a problem with certain people, but not actually doing anything to them. IE...saying asian women are ugly.

    Stereotyping-is applying an attribute to a group of people; ie. All white people are racist, or all blacks like fried chicken.

    Prejudice-is not liking a group of people based on personal or social ideals. ie, not liking Muslims, or not liking Christians

    2. Stereotypes are things people say in general that may not be true about everyone/everything. Prejudice are people who say stuff that is/isn't true because they are AGAINST that thing/person.

    prejudice- like if your white and you hate black people cuz of their skin color (like being racist)
