  1. Rh +ve is dominent.

  2. it should be rh +

  3. Rh +ve Allele is always dominent over Rh -ve allele

and so if the alleles are + & - then +ve will be the dominent one...

But what we (have) studied/ studying in schools is only the theory and in actual conditions

Rh factor is also governed by some other factors too..

  4. About 85 per cent of people are Rh-positive. The remaining 15 per cent are Rh-negative.

The Rh-negative gene is recessive, while the Rh-positive gene is dominant.

  5. Rh is an antigen which remain attached to the RBC membrane of blood. Rh is called as a factor because it is one of the basis on which blood group is determined. Actually Rh antigen was first time recognized in Macaca rhesus monkey. Later it is also found in some human populations all over the world. An individual that carries this antigen is called Rh+ and it he lacks, is known as Rh-.Rh+ is dominant over Rh- and if an individual carry both alleles it is a Rh+ person.Rh factor compatibility is very useful during blood transfusion processes as well as A B O AB blood groups. It is always a important factor during pregnancy and associated with normal/ abnormal birth of child. If any one want more details, can contact me.
