Please help me with this scary dream

the dream was one of my cousin. she dreamt that she was in her bedroom - still living at her parents at the time of the dream and there was 2 ghosts that held her down and one raped her, she screamed and so on, but no one could hear her and her family were in the lounge room. then the ghost said you'll be pregnant twice, they will both be boys and you'll miscarry them both. then that was it?

what can this mean

I've had a dream almost exactly like that (except for the miscarriage part because i'm a guy) Two hooded figures (girl and boy) raped me. It was a recurring dream and they would tell me the next time it would recur. I would forget and the predicted night it would happen again. That was years ago, I'm supposed to get the next one sometime in 2012.
