Deflation,  removal of some minerals concentrates (in percent or proportion) the remaining minerals.

Density separation.  Common in all fluids, water, magma.  Denser minerals sink to the bottom first.

Riffling.  Minerals are separated and concentrated by moving along rough surfaces.  Gold in placer deposits and in vein deposits show this.

Solution separation.  Dissolving minerals transported away from the original area concentrate the minerals left behind.

pH variation.  Many minerals are dropped out of solution during transport by hitting a sharp change in pH.
