Please help my cameras playing up!!!!

My mum has a finepix camera and it has been working fine, but i have just turned it on and it says zoom error and the lens keeps moving in and out. I can't take pictures and my mum thinks i broke it. It didn't do anything. What can i do to fix it!! please help!!!!

  1. it needs repaired by a service center


  2. Ask her is she has warranty and then fix it or return it and say it doesn't work.
