You can't guarantee he'll win whatever you do.  In fact if the teachers remember he won last year you don't stand a chance this year - they like to give everybody a go at being special.

Main hints for winning are - it's got to be home made (shop bought is cheating) - its got to show imagination - its got to be something that the child has helped to create.

How about Noddy.  You could even make a car out of a cardboard box for him to wear as if he's driving it.
