He has sexaula molesate my sister and cousin over 18 years ago. My aunt took him back. He only spend 6 months in prison. I knew a little but not all. Now he has french kissed my daughter numberous times and told her not to tell. he just did it 2 weeks ago i called the cops did statements and they say it isnt a crime for a man to kiss a little girl even with tongue . What to do? he no longer has contact with alot of my family but my aunt doesnt believe it and is still with him Help
