  1. It's lovely. It's a beautiful way to name your baby from both your names. Congratulations.

  2. When my niece was born, her parents did something similar. Except they combined four names for the end result of Brookelin Holly. The names were Brooke, Marylin, Lynne, and Holley. Like I told the last person with a similar question, if you and your wife like it than who really cares? As long as it is not like reshalleaquiniffaalaroseynoseyruth who cares? For what it is worth I think its really pretty. I work with children and haven't met a Briden yet. Maybe you will set a trend?

  3. what if you spelled it Bryden its a little more masculin then the i

i understand that the i comes from brittni but i still like the y better

  4. I think its cute for a boy,

a good combo name for a girl would be

    Brindi

  5. Aww thats sweet. I think Briden is a cute name and i would say a boys name. Brenda would be a girls name but it wouldnt be special cause its not both of your names.

  6. Its a boys first name but it could be used for a girls middle name.

    Briden Xavier

    Briden Cordey

    Briden Anthony

    Alexa Briden

    Monique Briden

it could be a girls first name...

    Briden Nicole

    Briden Marie

    Briden Monae

  7. Briden is nice, I know a Breydan who is a little boy.

Some people use the mothers maiden name as the babys first name or middle name, depending what it is. Sometimes that works, too. Or give a nod to a favourite grandparent or other relative of one of you.

  8. its really cute but i'm not sure which s*x because i think it can be unisex. with your and your wife name, there are other combinations that can be made.

    girl:

    sidnie (sydney)

    londen

    elisi (elise)

    bonnie

    boy:

    dilon (dylan)

    nolen (nolan)

    denni (denny)

    brien (brian)

    eli

    tobi/ tobie (toby)

    donnie

  9. Here Comes the Bride, how masculine.

  10. Briden is very cute. It's more of a boys name though. and that is a good combination between your names.

  11. oh that's actually a cute name! lol. hm, it could be a girl or a boys name, but it seems more masculine.

  12. i like it..mu hubby picked our little girls name too!

    you go daddy o!!!

  13. Thats a really cool name, very creative. I would use it if you had a baby boy :)

    Congrads!

  14. That's a nice idea certainly. If you like it, then go for it. I would definitely only use that for a boy, though. I don't think it's the best name, but it's not bad either, and at least it has a story behind it.

  15. Its great

  16. thats very cute and you are using both names ,,,and its something you can tell you little one how you picked name when they are bigger,,,,,i would said yes it could be for a boy or a girl,,,,,and its a name that comes from your heart,,,so i would say go for it,,,of name if you think its to boyish how about BRIDEN for a boy and maybe BRITTEN for a girl,, thats using both of your names to,,,well congrads on the new soon to be little one

    hug best wishes

    tabby

  17. Thats really cute and it sounds like a boys name. Good luck.

  18. What about Bailey or Blake?  Solden is a great name by the way.  I think Briden could get teased for the Bride part, for example: Briden is a bride.

    Spend some time on http://babynamesworld.parentsconnect.com...

it gives you the origin of names, it's great to choose a name that has meaning to both of you.  Make a favorites list, then have your wife choose from there.  Good luck!

  19. Thats a really cute name! She'll love it. And it does go for boy or girl! Good job :o)

  20. I like it better for a boy.

  21. Its cute for a boy or a girl...but mostly for a girl...

  22. It's alright....it feels more boyish to me though.

  23. Its nice for a boy.
