Please help! myspace help!!?

Question

alot of people have these layouts. well idk if you can call them layouts but you see:

you know how when you 1st get your myspace it has no layout,well i have seen alot of people with their pages like that only its different like there interest table is untitled and the interest tables where closer to the about me section(no i am not talking about a default layout! in fact there was no background!). this girl did my page for me but she took it off. idk why

but i heard her refer to it as a spread sheet, idk. can somebody help me.or at least tell em wat its called and where i can find it?
