Please help on ideas for a "mum" tattoo?

Question

Before i start i just want to say DONT ANSWER THIS IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE ME SIHT ABOUT GETTING A TATTOO... I ALREADY HAVE 3!

Anyways, i want to get a tattoo with something to do with my mum. I was thinking something on the inside of my foot with words saying something along the lines of walking in mums footsteps. of course the wording would have to be changed lol

Please give me some ideas of anything you have in mind or tell me what you have.

You could always get a portrait (by Kat Von D lol). I think you should get something unique or special about your mum. I would like to get a water dragon tattoo for my mum because she is an aquarius and was born in the year of the dragon, she also really believes in fortune telling and star signs too. For my dad I would get a parrot fish because when we go on holiday we love feeding them together.

If your mum loves handbags get a handbag with mum on it or if she is religious get a cross. It needs to be special for you and your mum

that sounds ok it might be pain full iv had  one done on the top of my foot and it hurt,but the words that you want are nice but i don't think anybody can walk in there mothers footsteps there to special

I would try and be unique and make it something that means something to both of you.  I have a couple tattoos and I'm planning on getting the script "Lock your doors" for my mom.  She always says it to me any time I go anywhere as a way to tell me to stay safe.  And I always joke about her nagging me so much.  Long story short, when you look at it, it might not mean much, but it means more to us than me getting a heart with "MOM".  So I'd suggest getting a saying relevant to you two or something she likes or believes in.  Just a thought.  And good luck with your tattoo!

A girl I knew got a tattoo of an angel (very simple, all black ink) on her foot in honor of her mom, because her mom is her angel who will always be with her. Not that you want to exactly copy someone's idea, but maybe it'll give you some inspiration. Hope I helped! And don't pay attention to these other immature people that give you stupid answers!
