Then 3 weeks later I get the new permante schedual gave it to her and she threw a fit with me about it. I had notthing to do with it, so now every thing I told her in the begain like taking brakes at the last min she is doing it again. She said she doesn't like the way I talk to her, so now I don't know what to do How do I tell her again that she isn't suppose to take brakes at the last min... or any other issue, is there like a book or a site I can look at so I can learn to talk to this person?

  1. you dont have to talk to  her use the open door policy. talk to your boss about her. tell him everything she does and let him judge for himself or herself

  2. not sure

  3. i was a manager you can put her on report or give her a write up have her sign it if she does not give it to your boss tell him whats happing you may have to train a new one but put your foot down don't let any body run you over but don't act like your better then them when talking to just make then under stand ok

  4. Sack her, she's a problem.  She shouldn't speak to anyone in such a disrespectful manner after just starting work.  Trust me, it only gets worse.

  5. it sounds like your role as lead is to train her and show her the ropes. if you are not formally her boss, then quickly wash your hands of her and go to the manager. it is the mgrs job to deal with this sort of thing, and there are guidelines to follow. it is not your job.
