Please help?!!!??!?!?!?!?!?

Question

I bought a VIVITAR CAMERA in February but I bought it online. Just recently, I lost the cable that connects the camera onto my computer. Where can I buy a new one? Please help!

I would try ebay..they have everything, plus it is always a lot cheaper that stores like best buy.

You can always try an electronics store like Circuit City or Best Buy. They may have the exact cable that you need, or a generic one that will work just fine. Places like Walmart, Kmart, and Target also probably carry what you're looking for.

Vivitar's website is down at the moment. However, I'm sure once the site is back up you can order the cable directly from them. Just look in the "Accesories" section.

If you can't find the cable you're looking for and you're camera requires a memory card, you can buy a memory card reader that doesn't require a cable. It's a USB device that you stick your camera's memory card directly into, then stick the device into one of your computer's USB ports. No cables needed, just about same thing as attaching the camera directly to the computer. They're cheap, too. I believe I got my reader from Circuit City for less than $20.

though best buy is expensive, they most always have what you need. and its the easiest way to find the name of the cord you're looking for. After you know the name of the cord, go to www.shopzilla.com and paste the name of the cord in the search bar. it gives you which places have it online and in stores, and the prices at each one. so, you can find the cheapest place to buy it. just make sure the place you choose has at least a smiley face next to it. Smiley faces show which stores are best to buy from. good luck!
