ok so i only had dis fone for about 4 months & my naviqation & select buttons fell off already . now wen i turn dha fone on it dials 666666666666 & turns off . idk whuts ronq wiht iht ! why 6 ! omq . lol . well please help me . cause i wanna like reset iht but idk how to cuase it dont even let me qo to dha menu iht just keeps dialinq 6 & it dont stop wen i press dha red button either !

call your phone carrier, if you've only had it 4 months, they should replace it
