Please help, question about probation alcohol testing?

I have to take random urine drug tests. My P.O. told me that they I needed an 8-10 panel drug test, including a creatinine reading. She told me that it measured long-term alcohol. What is the time frame for this? if I had a couple sips of beer a week and a half ago, but nothing else, would it measure? If so, what's the time frame for when I would come up clean?

ETG is the most comprehensive alcohol detection test, which detects the alcohol levels in human system even after 80 hours. However normal  Urine Alcohol detection tests will show alcohol for around 24 hours. Remember that no alcohol burns pretty fast from human system.
