Please help sailing, GCSEs im so confused

hi, well im 16 and well iv just done my GCSEs and am wanting to go to college to do an outdoor pursuits course. but to do so i need to pass some of my GCSEs and to be honest i dont think i have and i mean i really think iv failed. so of course im really upset and not looking forward to finding out what i have got but i need to think about my options. so im really in to sailing and other outdoor sports like rock climbing just stuff like that. and i was wondering if anyone knew any options for me are there any courses i could take for sailing or colleges that offer the same thing but i dont need GCSEs i live in the UK and i would be allowed to travel as i have kind of discussed this with my parents. but yeh the main question is are there any sailing qualifications (i mean like yachts) i could do or the same for any other sports.

I wouldn't worry too much about your gcse results, everyone is going to have failed in some subject. I am also awaiting my results and am very nervous about it, i think i have failed some subjects but i just have to work around that. I know there are some types of activity centres that you can do like apprenticeship courses on, which basically means that you get paid while your learning. I'm not sure if there are any colleges which do outdoor sports or sailing, you'd probably have to look into that more. I don't know if this will help but maybe go onto the connexions direct website and speak to someone, because they can help you find a college or another place to go to.
