Please help!!!! serious question!!!!?

does anyone know about getting a ticket for disorderly conduct? i know someone who was being loud and got a ticket for this, they have to go to court in two week. what will happen or will this be on there record? please help!!!!

  1. its considered minor.. like a traffic ticket. It's nothing to get worked up about.  


  2. Call the prosecutor or the court and ask for a postponement on the grounds of illness. Do it the day before the hearing.

    Try to delay the hearing for as long as you can.

    Then, on the day  before  the hearing is set for  again, call and arrange another postponement. Have your grandmother in law die or something.

    If you can stall for long enough, one of two things will happen:

    1: The prosecutor, who is usually very busy, will offer to deal with you and reduce the charge to something minor or

    2: The cop, who wrote the ticket, will have no memory of the event and will not be able to be a decent witness against you in which case you can come up with a good c**k and bull story about why you HAD TO BE Loud
