i weight 164 and want to lose 40 pounds like in 3 months what can i do like what to eat what exercises to do... like a plan so i could lose this weight and get stronger

    jokes i love my foood,

    errm gym ? get a personal trainiing they write you up a progranm to best suit ur lifestyle and needs etc.

    goodlcuk ! its hard work buht in then end ur happy iin ur skin nd more confident !


  2. Eat Breakfast in the morning!

    Trust me have a good Fiber cereal and some fruit

    you won&#039;t be as hungry during the day

    and instead of eat like 3 meals and a snack a day eat a little bit and have a couple meals besides breakfast but don&#039;t have too much!

    when you eat a little bit your body is used to burning the same amount of calories as when you eat a normal meal

    trust me it works :]

  3. you should go to my myspace profile and read my blog on how to lose weight and keep it off. you can see my before and now pics too. i&#039;ve lost 80lbs since Jan 8th 2008. I still have a lot to go... but It&#039;s working.
