well my mp3 player Sana clip stopped working and now it won't turn on only when it is plugged into the computer what could be the problem and how can i fix it i really need to know where can i get it fixed or why is it not working can but i think dropped it but still i cant seem to figure out why and i am please help i think i dropped it but i am not sure i really need this mp3 player and they said to reformat it i did and all it did was take out all the songs and it still wont work and i want to know if anyone else has this problem and if you do can you please help and i got it for christmas and will they return it now if i got it for christmas without receipt and i am really wondering and what else should i do because i really really really Need this on it has things that ae important so what do

maby you wet it or maby the batary is dead. i think you can get it fixed at a technoligy store.

but first at least check if it takes bataries and see if you simply just need to charge it
