Oh my gosh.. I can't understand those w/o their accent marks.. You know vietnamese words could misunderstood w/o those marks things.. I consided myself read and write fluently but still can't guess those meaning for you.. I hope that's what it mean since you understand a lil bit of Vietnamese. Also this person have CAP that don't even make sence.. so don't worry about the CAPITAL LETTERS..
