My friend who now is in Malaysia wants to come back home but the problem is with her already expired visa passport. What will happen if she comes to the airport without expired visa passport? She has a flight ticket but she's afraid of there is may some fine or they may imprison her because of invalid visa passport. Thanks

try to get help from your embassy.....worth the trouble n she might need to deal with the consequences....but have to face the law

ok she has an expired visa or an expired passport of the US?..if she has an expired visa she will be denied entry into the US.  if she is an American citizen, which you must be to have a passport, and her passport just expired then she can go to the American embassy and ask for help.  but if its the expired visa she will not be allowed into the US.
