Please help us find a hit and run driver?

Question

did anyone see a hit and run accident on rt2 in bratenahl a suburb of cleveland ohio on May 15th 1997. Donnie walker was hit by a truck that crossed over a lane when he was talking to a tow truck driver. Donnies car was broken down on

the burm of the freeway. His soon to be wife and his sister watched on as this truck (70-80 older truck) threw him 60 feet

the sob driving the truck did not stop! He never turned himself in, the family still struggles with this every day, my sister needs answers, so please if any one has information about this please post it. Donnie is deeply missed. IT will be 11 yrs in may since he has ben taken from us.

Have you tried putting an listing in the newspaper and offering a reward, also have you tried talking with the TV stations and having them air this from time to time.

If there were witnesses, one of them should have gotten a license plate number off the truck.

I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly happened, but the truck driver probably just never saw him and isn't aware of the accident, and hence didn't stop. I wouldn't assume bad intent on the part of the truck driver. Of course, it could be that he was aware and left on purpose. No way to know, but it's easy to not be aware due to blind spots and not feeling minor 'bumps' like that.
