Boat HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!10 points!!!!!?

I have a ski nautique that has been charged, but the dash board has seemed to lose power!!! How do I turn it on??? How do I charge it???? Boat doesn't turn on at all, but is fully charged!!!!

I WILL GIVE YOU 10 POINTS IF YOU SOLVE MY PROB.

Get an electrician to find the problem> As it can be a lot of different thing> If your doing it yourself start at the battery check connections> Follow the red wires there is a connection lose or fuse not making a good contact connection>Or switch> Also check all grounds making sure connections are clean & tight> Good luck>
