  1. here's another appetizer

watermelon and tomato skewers!! pretty much all you do is take some cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, and you cube a watermelon. on a skewer, assemble pieces of watermelon, tomatoes, and either basil or mint leaves....check foodnetwork.com for ideas!! good luck!!

  2. I think a spinach and artichoke dip would go perfect with that!  Maybe serve with any type of small toasted bread, or if you prefer, tortilla or other chip or cracker.

Good appetizers cold include things like shrimp cocktail served cold.  I use large or extra large shrimp (raw) and steam them myself in a vegetable steamer with celery seed for extra flavor.  Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.  If you want to slow them down a bit from eating all the shrimp, get the raw that are already deveined, but still have the shell on.  Peeling them as they eat slows them down a bit.

You can always serve warm appitizers if you have a small crock pot you can plug in somewhere, such as littl' smokies in bbq sauce or velveta cheese/chili dip.

Finally, consider getting a propane camp stove at Walmart and a small can of propane.  They travel anywhere and can be used not just to warm, but to cook just about anything you can cook on a stove.

And warm things can always be kept warm with a stand and a can or two of Sterno.

  3. I would go with a dill and cucumber dip. It is cool and refreshing and since this is a Spa party that would be perfect.

Also do chocolate dipped strawberries or strawberries with a yogurt dip.

I think you have plenty. You don't want to overdo.

  4. Make some queso, it's like nachos but you add some different ingredients like peppers, tomatoes, and some other things but it is really good. Everybody likes nachos so they will also like queso.

  5. cold boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce

  6. Once simple recipe that I like is a firm bit of chevre topped with chipotle-raspberry sauce.  You serve with a knife, and spread both the cheese and the sauce on fancy crackers.

  7. hmm.... cookies
