i am flying to see my niece tomorrow, and i gotta get her a birthday present for her birthday tomorrow! i didn't buy her a christmas gift because i was too busy (aka lazy) and knew she wouldn't remember, but now she's older and I want to be a good uncle, so this birthday gift has to be worth it! Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

  1. Books are always a good gift, most kids love looking at books and being read to, and it's not just another toy.  There are a lot of books that my daughter really loves, any of the Angelina Ballerina books, Little Miss Spider, she loves 'Princess' stories and fairy tales...

Art stuff is good too, a pack of crayons and some coloring books.  Or sticker books, kids LOVE stickers.  Or, although it's typical, what about a doll?  Another thing my daughter received for her 2nd birthday and just loved (and still does, turning 4 on sunday) was a toy cell phone....

  2. Oh, you can purchase what looks like a little purse that comes with make believe make up and cell phone. They are pretty fun. Also simply go to the toy store and look at things for her age group.

Books are always nice too and you can find some beginning reader books that are pretty cute.

  3. Well my son likes Diego...Dora's boy cousin, and they make blankets, bedroom sets, books. dolls, lamps, balls, discovery games, ect.  You will be able to find exactly what you are looking for at Toys R Us, even if you don't know yet.

  4. My daughter is 2 and she LOVES Elmo and Dora

  5. baby dolls, tea sets, outside toys.. best bet is a cute baby doll
