Cordyline (agavaceae) – Also called ‘Good luck plant’ (C. terminalis), ‘Polynesian ti plant’, ‘Tree of Kings’,

'Google'  - "Cordyline Culture" and you will find plenty of information on its care.

I agree that it is a Phormium (New Zealand Flax). I am thinking it is Phormium 'Pink Stripe'.

LOOKS LIKE CORDALINE HAWIIAN TI PLANT---LOTS OF LIGHT TO KEEP THE COLORS & WATER WHEN DRY.  CHECK OUT THE AHS SITE(AMERICAN HORTICULTURE SOCIETY) FOR OTHER SPECS SUCH AS FERTILIZING & TEMPS.
