    Cordyline (agavaceae) – Also called ‘Good luck plant’ (C. terminalis), ‘Polynesian ti plant’, ‘Tree of Kings’,

    'Google'  - "Cordyline Culture" and you will find plenty of information on its care.

  3. I agree that it is a Phormium (New Zealand Flax). I am thinking it is Phormium 'Pink Stripe'.
