hi.. i m 20 year old male.. i wanna start working out.. i have been doing some push-ups at home but now i wanna start working out and built good body shape.. the thing is i dont wanna get hunk... i mean i just wanna get cuts and good shape.. i am in india and the gym i go to dont have good instructor... so i am kindda confuse about what exercieses should i perform and how many times a week.. i am having slim body now.. and i wanna get like this guy in the photo in the link below...http://www.ifood.tv/blog/shahrukh_khan_tips_for_developing_six_pack_abs_srk_stylesee this guy.. he is not hunk but he has very good body shape and cuts.. so can u PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE advice me how to do it and what exercise routine should i adopt.. i tried finding stuff on bodybuilding.com but didnt' find that good info..i really appreciate your time.. thanks a lot..
