Question:

Please help....what workout should i do?

hi.. i m 20 year old male.. i wanna start working out.. i have been doing some push-ups at home but now i wanna start working out and built good body shape..

the thing is i dont wanna get hunk... i mean i just wanna get cuts and good shape.. i am in india and the gym i go to dont have good instructor... so i am kindda confuse about what exercieses should i perform and how many times a week.. i am having slim body now.. and i wanna get like this guy in the photo in the link below...

see this guy.. he is not hunk but he has very good body shape and cuts.. so can u PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE advice me how to do it and what exercise routine should i adopt.. i tried finding stuff on bodybuilding.com but didnt' find that good info..

  1. Here are a few exercises that have worked for hundreds of years. Check out the videos on my blog. The Hindu squat and the Hindu push up will do wonders for you. One of the other things that will put more muscle on you is working with kettle bells.

  3. i'm from india too. don't listen to your trainer-they're always so stupid. i suggest you do whatever he tells you for the first couple of months so your able to do a little something. then get on ast-ss.com

    read up on max-ot.

    im talking about around arfter maybe 3 months minimum when you can bench like 15kilos on each side. dont get on this program before you can do that.

    you don't want to get bulked up(hunk) then you don't bother with carb overloading. shah ruk is ok.

    drop your body fat with interval training and cardio.

    google interval training so you understand it.

    ast-ss.com.... free good website with excellent explanations,pictures and everything so is fine for a beginner who doesnt understand.

    BY THE WAY WHATEVER JUSTIN SAID IS BULL ****. he's one of those losers who doesn't know anything and gives the wrong advice. high rep low weight is not good.

  4. Well I know that if you want to get abs you are going to have to completly change your diet. If you want abs it's a lifestyle change. So you have to be up for that.

  5. no man dont listen to any of this fools. to cut you musles use less weight and do more reps. then to bulid them pump your weight to the max. to lose wieght walk or use the elliptical machione if you have them. abs sit ups or crunches. crunches tone and tighten. and idk what sit ups do but just do them youll be pround in the end. i know i was.

    Do Sit Ups Like 100 a day.

    thats for your abs.

    and keep up with the push ups

    for arms.
