the Motorola RIZR or the Samsung Blast are the best out of the choices.

However, the Motorola RIZR looks a lot sleeker, and it's FREE!

Can you use the blackberry pearl with your network? if so, order a Refurb blackberry pearl and use it.  It is an awesome phone with free GPS system in it.  2.5 megapixel camera in it, too.

the best  cell phone for a 13 year old is a pre paid one.most 13 year olds,have no regard for the bill.
