Please help with Goldfrapp A&E...?

I've heard this song as background music on tv show at some point and cant remember which show it was, it's really bugging me please help!

There was a promo for Gossip Girl that had Strict Machine - Goldfrapp as the music.  That`s the only place I know of.  I hope it helped
