Please help with a house problem in Cincinnati!!!?

Okay, right now, I live in San Diego, CA and there's a chance that we might have to move to Cincinnati, Ohio. I was just wondering how much 3 room townehomes might cost in Cincinnati. Please help

It really depends on what you want to get.  If you wanted to get a 3 room townhouse in the Ascent, which is a new architecturally interesting building going up right down by the river, such a place might easily cost you $500,000+.  Out in the suburbs, you can find places like that for less than $100,000.  On a $100,000 salary, you'll be able to get a nice place in a nice part of town.  Cost of living in Cincy is MUCH lower than in San Diego- you'll be amazed by how much your standard of living is going to increase in Cincinnati.  By the way- on $100,000 a year, you can easily get a pretty nice house in Cincy as well.  Unhead of in SD, I know, but in Cincinnati, you can get a nice place with a yard for that much, just something to consider :)  Too bad you are in for another surprise when you get here- hot, nasty summers with high humidity, and freezing winters with snow :)

It really depends on the community in which you want to live, how close to the city, in an historic district or out in the suburbs.  You can search by area, but you won't have too much problem finding something nice on that salary.
