Please help with a needed roster move fantasy BASEBALL experts???

Question

I am in a 12 team, mixed league ESPN league with 10 scoring categories (H, R, HR, RBI, SB, W, SV, K, WHIP, ERA) and each week a head to head matchup with 10 games up for grabs (you can go 0-10, 5-5, 10-0, etc). There are 12 offensive starting positions (C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 1B/3B, 2B/SS, CF, OF, OF, OF, UTIL). I am in need of an OF to complete my roster as I have made some recent moves and I have been trying to make trades to no avail.

I need to pick up an OF from free agency and drop an offensive player.

I can drop Joe Crede 3B, Mike Jacobs 1B, Mike Aviles 2B/SS as I have stength at 1B, 3B, and 2B (I am not so strong at SS though).

I am interested in picking up Jay Bruce OF, Nick Swisher 1B/OF or Luke Scott OF.

Who should I drop and who should I pick up? Give me reasoning behind your answer if possible. Please help me out as I need to have a complete roster ASAP, and I'm missing an OF.

If you are not strong at shortstop then hang onto Aviles. He's been a solid offensive contributor for most of the stretch since he got called up. Both Jacobs and Crede are more expendible - they are good players, but not standouts at their positions.

Of the three guys you have to choose from none truly excite me. I guess I would probably take Bruce because he has more upside than the other two guys, but following a hot first week or 10 days he's been pretty average in the majors. Swisher has had a rough season and Luke Scott doesn't do anything for me, though, so I think Bruce is still your best bet.

Just my opinion.

Keep Aviles he is young and just starting to show his power.  Jacobs and Crede are both hot and cold. Jay Bruce is hot and colder.  Luke Scott or Nick Swisher would be comparable to me for a good trade and getting rid of Crede.  Jacobs has better long hot streaks.

Check out Adam Jones from Baltimore...he's a young player who is usually on the free agency...he's new and he's been hot of recent..chase headley would also be a good pickup and I'd def keep aviles he's only getting better and better
