I have black hair that goes an inch below my shoulder. Bangs that go straight across my forehead. My skin is a bit darker than tan. I like sporty punk outfits. I wear skirts. This outfit cannot go above $40. Please please help. I have until September 2nd. Thanx a bunch!!
