Please help with motivation for weight loss!?

I need some motivation for weight loss! I always try a diet or say I'm going to exercise, but by the third or fourth day I give up. Where can I find motivation from? I just can't seem to stick with anything.

    When working out listen to upbeat music.

    Think of getting wobbly bits instead of a toned body. This should make you feel the need to excercise.

    Chuck out ALL unhealthy food. (Yes, i did just say that)

    Try and enjoy healthy food, this will be easier to stick to a diet that u enjoy. look up the internet,

    Calorie Count, when trying to slim 1500 calories is recommended, 500 less than what you would normally have.
