  1. it could be someone used your id , there

there free help, first try contact the company

see what they say, look up fraud  tell them someone used your id,make sure they do not

do it again, you might have buy protection

on your id , because they do it again!!!

    good luck!!

  2. you file a dispute with all the credit unions. Go to experian.com

  3. Dispute the account with all three credit bureaus ASAP. That will get it off your reports.

Then if they start bothering you about it, send them the debt validation letter I sourced (or another one like it).

At that point, if they keep coming after you, keep track of everything and when their number of violations reaches 5 or 6, hire an attorney and sue them for thousands of dollars.

  4. Don't worry about it.. the problem will be solved sooner or later.. they cant sue you for money you didn't spend.

  5. Contact the agency and dispute the debt.  They are required to produce a "Validation of Debt" within 30 days.  Ask to review the credit application.

You will also need to contact the police  and file a report then you will need to sign an affidavit affirming that this is not your debt. It'll take time to resolve, but it will eventually be resolved.

  6. You need to dispute the debt in question via writing to the three credit bureaus - Transunion, Equifax and Experian.  Go to their websites and you'll find out the dispute resolution information.

  7. Don't call them...WRITE them a dispute letter ...they have to validat the debt....that it's actually yours....they have 30 days to do so...if they don't take it off report it to FTC
