Question:

Please help with my fat stomach?

I'm fair skinny but my tummy is kinda lumpy when i sit down.

i weigh 61 kg and I'm 14 and 6 ft

i know i dont have a problem ok but just cause my weight isn't big doesn't mean that i dont have fat

my question is how do i get a flat stomach? and smaller bum?

  1. Wow, 6ft is quite an achievement. At 14 your body is obviously going through many changes and so it is still adjusting.However, stomach fat can be reduced by targeting it through crunches. Sit-ups are definitely not recommended as they can cause back pain and are ineffective when compared with crunches.

    Go to this link (http://www.flat-stomach-exercises.com/ab... and read on the basic and reverse crunch. I recommend doing both and alternating between one another.

    BASIC = Targets upper abs

    REVERSE = Good for lower

    These are very good methods which I have undertaken and after a short amount of time I was able to surface my 6-pacs.

    Apart from target exercise, you should also be looking at your overall exercising routine. The best and fastest way to cut fat is through cardiovascular exercises...like running and swimming. Yes, they will cut down your stomach fat and extremely good results will be produced when combined with the aforementioned ab crunches. Over 6 weeks I was able to shed many kg's off my weight scale and had a really fit body...which I still do. But do make sure not to cut back too much on eating (EAT HEALTHY!!) but instead exercise more often. Also continue your regime even after obtaining your results to keep the weight off and make it a permanent change.
