  1. Sounds as if you have led quite a bumpy life.  The only thing I can suggest is that you see an orthopedic doctor.  After these things have happened to you, you probably have a lot of arthritis in the joints but only x-rays and the doctor can give you a correct diagnosis and prognosis.  Good luck.

  2. First of all, you really should see an Orthopedic MD for a consult and get an MRI of the area that bothers you the most right now. The thing about dislocation is that it stretches the tendons and ligaments, which are part of the soft tissue in the joints that helps support the joint and hold it in place. You've stretched those or maybe even torn them, so you will continue to suffer these pains. It can take a long time to heal from a pulled ligament, but a torn tendon will not heal itself and will need surgical repair. Anyway, your still young so you might want to get these things fixed now or when you are much older your going to suffer with some significant arthritis. Good luck!

  3. Like the other poster I would get an opinion from an Orthopedic MD. He may suggest surgery to repair any damaged or torn ligaments and tendons (after MRIs and Xrays) and will most likely refer you to a physical therapist to help you strengthen your weakened muscles and joints. It sounds like you have some definite lax ligaments with possible dislocations and stress fractures. Youre on your way to having arthritis at a very young age unless you seek professional help
