Please help with my kitty!!

please i need your help guys. my kitty is meowing really loud and she like goes nuts and starts to cough this white foamy thingy, i looks like spit. should i be worried about this or should i take her to the vet?

To the vet please, as soon as possible. Couching foam could indicate poison ingestion and this needs to be treated right away.
