Please help with my weight lifting?

I'm going to be lifting 3 times a week in a gym and i need advice on what days to do what like back and chest? or do i do chest and legs on the same day? I also need to know how many reps i should be doing?

I'm 5'10 120 pounds Male

I'm lifting over the summer for crosscountry so i need some help on what days to work what part of the body.
