Hi, i have been on this new diet eating right and exercising more and i already lost some weight. but after i eat ( even if its healthy ) my tummy is hurting a lot. no no I'm not pregnant or on my period, so i don't know what it is? its been going on for a few days now and i took tums, zantac, and advil and they barley helped. i don't want to go to the doctor because i don't feel like throwing up and the pain goes away but it also comes back again. please help i have a date tomorrow and were going out to eat ( red lobster :] ) ! ahh what to do? what can i take? what would you do? oh and im lactos and torlent but i have my lactated pill that i take if i eat dairy ( if that helps?)
