wat does this quote mean????

  1. It means there are more workers needing jobs than there are jobs available.  When that is the case, salaries go down because there is an over abundance of workers.  However, at the same time, the price of things tend to increase.  

    Note:  It doesn't say why prices increase, but  perhaps it is because fewer people working means people who are out of work have no money to buy products. When companies sell fewer items, they need to increase prices on what they sell to continue making profits at the same level.


  2. when there are more laborers that there is work to do...wages decrease but as more people gather provisions grow scarer so prices for them increase .The law of supply and demand. Prices drop when there is an overage and rise whenever there is a shortage.
