Im too scared to actually do what it says

i already have zone alarm.

It also took off the tab to change the background picture and removed all my restore points.

follow these steps and we will fix this

AVG FREE http://free.avg.com/ which provides realy good virus protection against worm tojans ect.

the other great thing about avg is it is a seriously lightweight virus scanner which uses less ram on your computer therefore making it run faster.

2#wait till its finished and if there is any viruses then avg will notify you

3# at this point all you do is right click the infecyions and press move to virus vault

4#now open the virus vault and delete click remove finaly

5# reboot your computer and all viruses should be deleted ;)
