Please helplessly confused!?

i need to kow how to do this on a digital camera (if you need the name of my camera it's a nikon coolpix L11) well anyways i need to do this:

not the beginnig where it says "shut up!" and stuff but when it starts, it shows no motion lines or whatever you wanna call it like this:

Use a tripod and use a low ISO and higher resolution for better quality but higher res shortens how much video you can record by a lot
