his mothers name is lachaun armstead.they moved to cary nc.he thinks marvin sr is his father and now even though they told me, they wont tell me where he is and that im his father in fact the only one that doesent know is marvin jr

I don't understand why they told you that you had a son if they did not want to have you contact him.  Had they kept their mouth shut no one would be the wiser.   I would say go to the local child support division (local welfare office or court house, check the phone book) and have a case opened up.  You believe you are his father, and you can request DNA testing. You would have to pay for the testing since you are asking for it.  I am not sure about how they would go about tracking her down, but they have a lot more resources than you would on the computer.  This also might take some time if she is hiding out.  Of course this would open you up also for child support, and back child support for all the years that he has been alive if you indeed prove out to be the daddy.
