Please how can I convert files on VHS to DVD or CD?

go to a shop, like currys or some shop, ask them if not search internet, cost 3 pound normally 6 dollars.

You can do it with DVD Xpress.

With DVD Xpress you can transfer your video to your hard drive and then edit it if you desire. DVD Xpress comes with basic video editing software. I got mine at Sam's for $59.95.

You connect the composite output of your VHS into the DVD Xpress and connect the DVD Xpress to your computer via a USB cable.

you need a dvd video recorder! theyre not cheap but worth it esp if its home videos and you havent got the original tapes. try the large supermarkets for the best prices or get a friend who has one to do it for you!
